When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will ship within 3-7 business days. Orders will ship either UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with your correct email address. Once the carrier is in possession of packages, we are no longer responsible. If any issues should arise with the transit of your package, please contact the carrier.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-7 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Diva Chics Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the carrier.

 

What are your delivery options?

We will ship UPS or USPS. In some instances, the shipping will be determined by what is available in your area.
